PHILOSOPHY.
DESIGN WITH EMOTIONS
Welcome to Unperfect Design, where creativity meets the commitment to eco- friendliness.
At Unperfect Design, we don’t just create furniture, we craft special pieces that transcend time and tell stories of their own. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that beauty lies in imperfection, and we take pride in breathing new life into forgotten treasures.
We use neglected relics from old houses, industrial sites, and flea markets. These materials and objects are just full of history and character. We then transform them through an artistic process, where they are combined with natural elements such as fallen pieces of wood found on nature walks.
For those who appreciate uniqueness in life, Unperfect Design offers craftsmanship and timeless designs.
Team.
brother-sister duo
We are two siblings from Germany, and although we have very different personalities, we are both deeply inspired by nature, beautiful designs, architecture, and art.
After years of working in corporate business structures and traveling the world simply with our little tent, we felt like it was time to create Unperfect Design.
This is our way of decorating homes with unique objects to create stylish and distinctive environments.
Today, we work at two very distinct production sites. One of our ateliers is nestled in the vibrant heart of Brussels, while the other is located in the deep and calm woods of the Belgian Ardennes.
